Where do I go?

We are meeting at the The Hub Studio AZ in Old Town. The office is located behind Gilligan’s bar and Social Tap. Find the blue door at the corner, and make sure to get checked in and get your name badge.

Is it ok if I am running late?

Yes, but most attendees find the beginning of the meeting to be the most valuable.

May I get a refund if I do no attend or cancel my registration?

No.

May I have another person or provider attend in my place if I am unable to make the meeting?

Each provider must register individually for these events. Absolutely no sales or marketing reps, or support staff may attend in place of a provider. This is not networking for you business, these meetings improve reputation awareness in your local community, and your reputation is you.

May I attend if I am NOT a doctor?

Yes you may. We reserve some seats for non-Doctor level providers at each meeting. However, you must be a certified or licensed provider in your field to attend, in good standing. Feel free to message Event Coordinator, Amber Enright via Facebook if you would like further clarification.
