Having been promised a gong bath, Jacinta aka Kalyan Darshan unknowingly attended her first Kundalini Yoga Class!  It was the most uplifting yoga experience she had ever encountered, and thus began a regular Kundalini Yoga practice. Astrologically, they work in specific opposing signs for18 month cycles.  Currently we are in the midst of Taurus and Scorpio eclipses. For example, rose quatz crystal, flowers, incense, or a lighted candle. If you work with crystals, select one to receive your intentions as crystals are amplifiers.
