Learning, the fun way
Each Science Night Out is an evening packed with hands-on STEM (Science Technology, Engineering, and Math) activities for kids, led by Fernbank LINKS Robotics high school students, and mentors of the Fernbank LINKS Robotics team. Typical comments from previous years were,
“This is so cool!” “Mom, I don’t want to leave!“ and “When is the next one?“
SNO was created to help support Fernbank LINKS, an independent, World Championship, high school robotics team, and Host of the GA BEST Robotics Hub for middle and high school students. The target audience is fun-loving, science-aware children from 3rd grade through 6th grade. The activities are different each event:

February 21: Bridges and Structures
March 13: Alumni Favorites
April 24: Simple Machine Madness
May 15: STEM Fest

*Unless Fernbank LINKS is notified in writing, permission is assumed for participants to be photographed during Science Night Out activities at Johnson Research and Development for use by Fernbank LINKS to promote its educational programs and activities.
