Science Fair-Lawton

Dear Epic Families,

We would like to invite you to an Epic Science Fair! We are so excited to offer our students the chance to show off their science skills.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:

Upon arrival, please check in with an Epic staff member who will be in Epic gear and located inside the front entrance.

Student Cost: FREE

Adult Cost: FREE

PARKING: FREE

ITINERARY:

8:45 - Students arrive to set up their Science Experiments

9:00 - 10:00 - Students will present their Science experiments and judges will tour the room and score each experiment.

10:00-10:45 - Judges will tally results.

10:45 - 11:00 - Awards presentation

11:00-11:15 - Students will gather their items and pack up for the day.

POLICIES: This activity is free. Parents, please register yourself and each of your Epic students who will be participating. This enables the school and the participating location to staff and plan appropriately.

This event is intended for students in grades 1-8.

Students cannot be dropped off to attend without a parent or guardian. You will need your student’s Epic ID number and teacher’s name when signing up for the science fair in Eventbrite.

CANCELLATIONS:

As a reminder, if you sign up to come but are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation using your Eventbrite confirmation email. This will open up spots for other families.

Inclement Weather Plan: If we have inclement weather, we will send out communication by email through Eventbrite to let you know if the event has been cancelled.
