We can't wait for Science Camp!
Grades 5-8, join Dr. Matt McLain for an exciting week of exploring and experimenting at this day camp hosted at The Master's University in Santa Clarita.
The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30-2:30, including lunch, snacks, pool time, and a T-shirt.
Bring swimwear for the afternoon pool break. A professional lifeguard is on duty at all swim times at the TMU pool.

- Check-in is Monday, July 15, 8:30 am-9:00 at The Master's University Reese Center for Science and Mathematics (directions to RCSM). Pick up your camper t-shirt!
- The camper should be dropped off by a parent or guardian who can sign release and waiver forms for camp and pool safety.
- We recommend the camper eat breakfast before camp.
- Please bring swimwear for the afternoon pool break. A professional lifeguard is on duty at all swim times at the TMU pool.
- Cafe Bon Appetit provides lunch.
- Snacks and refreshments will be available all day.
- Photos and media of your camper will be made available to you post-camp.
- The pick-up time is 3 pm at the same RCSM location.
Dr. Matthew McLain (see bio)
Dr. McLain holds multiple positions at TMU, including the Dean of the School of Science, Math, Technology & Health, Chair of the Department of Biological and Physical Sciences, and Associate Professor of Biology and Geology. He is a member of the Geological Society of America and the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology. Dr. McLain's research interests involve vertebrate paleontology, focusing on projects related to dinosaurs and pterosaurs. He has authored and co-authored several publications in peer-reviewed journals.
