Canceled due to Covid-19: SCALE Weekend 2020

SCALE Weekend is independently run and produced by volunteers in the Southern California region. In the year 2020, SCALE is proudly partnered with Club X as a primary sponsor and is coordinated by a Board of Directors seperate from CXSD. Proceeds from SCALE Weekend are put toward future events and any excess is donated to charitable organizations at the Regional and National levels.

 Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
 
18-biological-years or older for on-site events, and select off-site events. Events featuring adult beverage require you be biologically 21-years-old or older.
 
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
 
SCALE Weekend has parking available for attendees choosing to stay at the venue, a shuttle can also be coordinated between outlying hotels. Uber and Lyft have convenient drop-offs at the SCALE Weekend registration area.
 
 What can I bring into the event?
 
Street legal to the door and in any common areas, no need to scare the muggles.

What's the refund policy?
 
100% Refund within 30-days of ticket purchase, 50% refund within 60-day of purchase until May 31, 2020. 25% refund within 90-days of purchase until May 31, 2020. No refund thereafter, but you may choose to donate your passes and packages as a sponsorship! Refunds are processed directly through Scale Weekend.
 
Can I update my registration information?
 
Yes, up to 7 days before the event.
 
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
 
Yes, up to 7-days before the event. You may also donate your registration, passes, and packages as scholarships.
 
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
 
We understand the need for discretion in our community, the name you register with must be your legal name for legality purposes, the name which appears on your registration badge does not have to match your legal name.
