SC Aerospace, in partnership with SCMEP and SC Department of Commerce, is pleased to provide a certification workshop for manufacturing and aerospace suppliers and partners. During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn about ISO, AS9100, NADCAP Certification process &amp; OEM onboarding for aerospace providers. Stephen Deas - Process Improvement Coach | SCMEPOver the past 25+ years as a Quality Assurance professional, Stephen has worked for companies such as Robert Bosch Corporation, Collins and Aikman, and Charleston Marine Containers. During that time, he has held a myriad of positions including Quality Manager, Quality Director, Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, Supplier Quality Manager, Supplier Quality Engineer, and Technical Buyer. He also ran his own company, Quality Minds, Inc., which was a Lean Six Sigma training and consulting operation. Specialties include: Data Analysis &amp; Presentation | Continuous Improvement | Problem Solving | Lean Tools | Quality System Audits | Statistical Process Control | Six Sigma (DMAIC) | Process Audits | Quality Training TS16949 Tools | AS9100 Tools | Basic &amp; Advanced Quality Tools | Quality System ImplementationEthan Akins - Senior Business Development Manager | Aerospace at the Performance Review Institute.Ethan has been working with the Nadcap Program for 6 years, and prior to his current role, was a Staff Engineer for the Chemical Processing Task Group and established the First Article Inspection Task Group. Ethan has worked in the industry for over 20 years at various roles in the aerospace/automotive/medical manufacturing supply chain and is an approved Nadcap auditor for the Chemical Processing/Aerospace Quality System/First Article Inspection group.Tammie Greene - Business Outreach Program Manager | SC Department of CommerceTammie Greene serves as manager of the Business Outreach Program at the South Carolina Department of Commerce. In this, role she is responsible for providing strategic and innovative leadership for small business and supplier outreach programs. She is also charged with facilitating small business growth and supplier outreach opportunities in South Carolina. Tammie is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and has over twenty years of combined experience in economic development and workforce training.
