Learn about APEX and its available resources to assist with Air Force SBIR/STTR funding

Join us to learn about the APEX program, a first-of-its-kind program that aims to enhance partnerships between the Department of the Air Force and academia, business and the government. APEX provides free resources to academic researchers and innovators and small businesses interested in participating in or applying for funding from the Air Force Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transition Research (STTR) programs.Featuring guest speaker National Engagement Director Dr. Kathleen GilpinDr. Kathleen Gilpin was an applied research scientist within the 711th Human Performance Wing at the Air Force Research Laboratory and a research scientist at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory where she conducted research to assess the effects of traumatic brain injury. She has a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Maryland School of Medicine.**This session will be recorded.Funded in part through a grant with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
