What should my child wear to casting call ?

Your child should wear black well-fitted clothing that complements your child's body shape. Baggy or oversized clothes can make it difficult to see their body movements and expressions. For females shoes should be heels (church shoes), for males it can be casual wear shoes or sneakers.

Age limit for participation is ages 4 to 14 years of age.

Do I need to bring a headshot and resume for my child?

Please bring multiple copies of your child's headshot and full image photo or comp card if applicable

How should I prepare my child for the casting call?

Your child for model casting by letting them watch training videos on YouTube and practice walking several times during the week. You can attend a modeling workshop, bootcamp and training session with a model coach.  Practice makes perfect, allow them to practice their walk, pose and presentation.

Should my child wear makeup and jewelry?

After being selected as a SBFW Spring Kid Runway Model, what is expected?

All Child/ Tween models are required to attend Model Training Day on Feb 24th, 2024 and the announced rehearsal date.

Will I receive a ticket to the event as a model or parent?

SBFW requires a nonrefundable processing application fee of $15 to apply. All models are also responsible for any and all costs associated with casting call, rehearsals, fittings, and events including all transportation to/from, meals, lodging, and parking fees.
