SBA Express Express Interim Final Rule - Contains several significant changes/expansions/clarifications lenders need to be aware of that can impact eligibility determinations as well as clarification on FBI Background Check process, new IRS requirements for transcripts and more. Lenders need to plan to attend these meet-ups to be aware of these important changes that will go into effect in March.
