The SBA Offices of Advocacy and Rural Affairs intend for this conversation to bring together government, industry, workforce leaders, and community partners to identify regulatory and workforce issues that may be slowing progress, as lithium development continues to gain ground in the multi-state region, including Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas.

This is a working session to engage participants in discussion around barriers, sharing insights from their perspective and helping to shape a clear path forward.
