Ice cream, cheese, yogurt – no matter which you like best, all of these have one thing in common. They all come from milk!

In this camp, you will learn about the chemistry behind how your favorite dairy products are made. Whether you like a plain glass of milk or prefer Greek yogurt or Mozzarella cheese, join us for a week of afternoon fun in creating delicious foods that start with nature’s perfect food.

Due to safety and hygiene concerns, close-toed shoes are required, and hair must be pulled back or under a cap.

Camp runs 2PM - 5PM daily from June 17 through June 21. An email will be sent once registered with more information.

Youth must be ages 14 to 18 as of September 1, 2023, to participate.

Space is limited to 12 youth. A wait list will be available.

No refunds will be issued 7 days prior to the class.

NOTE: Classes and events may be canceled at any time due to low registration or other circumstances, with full refunds issued for paid events. Similar classes or events often are offered on future dates.
