Savour is a monthly, women-only embodied experience designed to support you to reconnect with yourself through nervous system regulation, compassion, and gentle pleasure.
This is an invitation to step out of doing and into being — to soften the edges of your life and remember the wisdom that lives within your body.
What you’ll receive
Each monthly Savour session includes:
- A guided Fembodiment™ Method practice
- Nervous system–aware facilitation
- Choice-led breath, sound, and intuitive movement
- Space to explore self-compassion, enquiry, and embodied presence
- A safe(r), respectful container held with care
Sessions are intentionally gentle and accessible — no prior experience needed.
This session is for you if:
- You feel disconnected from your body after years of caring for others
- Your nervous system feels tired, vigilant, or overwhelmed
- You are healing from stress, burnout, or trauma
- You are curious about embodiment but want to move slowly and safely
- You long to feel more pleasure, ease, and self-trust
What Savour is not
- Not a workout
- Not a performance
- Not therapy
- Not about pushing past your limits
You are always invited to listen to your body, rest when needed, and choose what feels right for you.

Samantha-Jayne Love, founder of Willow Wisdom Woman, creates compassionate spaces where women feel safe to slow down, feel, and remember who they are beneath their roles.
