Do you love summer produce and wish you could have it all year long? This class will discuss how to utilize methods like freezing, canning, dehydrating, and pickling to make the most out of your seasonal favorites. Each method will be demonstrated, and instructional handouts and recipes will be shared with participants.

The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health. Recipes from the class will be shared with participants.
