Marrow is Detroit’s first neighborhood butcher shop and restaurant hybrid. Our continued mission is to promote, utilize and advance a healthy, local and sustainable food system while crafting incredible food and providing an unforgettable experience. Full utilization continues to be our priority, priding ourselves on an almost zero-waste operation (and most of that waste is composted). We work to honor local farms by using everything they have to offer - fruit to root and tip to tail. That means sometimes our food can get a little funky, and we like it that way.

Pork, fat, salt, and seasonings. Mixed well and stuffed into a casing. The basics of sausage making can be that simple, but here at Marrow we breakdown each of those steps into various substeps to create the best sausage in Detroit. We welcome you to come join us for an evening to watch, learn and help make Detroit's finest sausages. This workshop includes lots of info on what it takes to create a sausage that is so exceptional, hands-on practice of mixing and stuffing sausage, and best of all taking home that sausage you helped create. Also, inculdes a glass of wine and a sausage tasting flight.

100% refund up to 7 days before event date. Afterwards tickets are non-refundable
