<P>Maybe you love pork. Maybe you took our Pig Butchering class and are ready for the next step. Maybe you’ve had a delicious Meat Hook sausage and thought to yourself “If those idiots can do it, so can I!” - and you’re right!</P>
<P>In our Sausage Making class you’ll learn the basic formula that can then apply to making a variety of sausages. You’ll also get to try your hand at mixing, stuffing, and linking- all the while enjoying a couple of tasty Threes Brewing beers courtesy of our friends at at the brewery.</P>
