Join me for SAUNTER Movement Lab! This is a dance and movement class for pleasure, one that combines a somatic connection to your body and gives you a few moves you can use at home in the mirror, with your boo, or just for fun!
If you are not a dancer or a beginning dancer this class is perfect for you because it's not about choreography. It's about connecting to pleasure through movement.
And if you're an experienced dancer, this is a perfect way to help you reengage your mind-body connection through pleasure.
Each class includes a collective dream meditation and movement lesson. Heels* are strongly encouraged but not required. This class is offered monthly on Wednesdays and space is limited for an intimate experience.
*Heels should not have large platforms. Heels with ankle support are the best for this class.
