Weekly Saturday Sunrise Yoga 8:00 AM- 9:00 AM in person. This class is provided by Katrice Nelson Wellness . It is primarily a vinyasa style , meditative class that also includes a short segment of upbeat movement. It is great for the beginner or experienced yogi. Free for new participants- donation- based for others.

Wednesday Sound Bath 6:00 PM-7:00PM in person( 2nd and 4th Wednesdays) This class is provided by Whole Sound Wellness. At Whole Sound Wellness, we invite you on a transformative journey of self-discovery and relaxation through our immersive sound bath sessions. Our sessions are designed to envelop participants in a symphony of healing sounds by harnessing the therapeutic properties of high-frequency instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other harmonic tools. These instruments create a rich tapestry of sounds that promote healing on physical, mental, and emotional levels.

Ease into a meditative state as the soothing sounds guide you into a deep state of relaxation,

and the harmonious vibrations quiet your mind. This profound sense of calm and tranquility

allow for enhanced focus, clarity, and a heightened sense of mindfulness. Additional benefits

include energy (chakra) balancing, improved sleep patterns, stress reduction, and tension

release in both the body and mind.


Saturday Zen Your Way ( Select Saturdays) 12:30-1:30pm in person

We will have soft openings January 13, February 10, March 9.

Ease into a meditative and calming state as you enter our space. Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, comfortable seating, mediative calming tools, and more are provided as you relax from busy days.Additional options provided upon arrival( warm/cool eye masks, 10 minute foot reflexology, and more.) Registration is required to sustain our calm environment.

As a registered yoga instructor , I have used my degree in Clinical Nutrition and certifications in Wellness and Thai Yoga Massage to provide a holistic approach to health and wellness for adults and children.

I have over 400 hours in wellness and holistic training including Thai Massage and Reflexology, Reiki, Yoga for Adults and Children,Zumba, Zumbini, Yoga for Athletes, and Yoga for Injury Prevention/Recovery. My experience includes teaching group and private yoga and meditation at libraries, community centers, churches, residential gyms, schools, and corporate offices, including CSPAN, Washington DC . I am also a Certified Member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and CEO of Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds Yoga and Wellness for Kids and Teens.
