General Information:
- Saturdays in August from 1-3pm, Families are invited to come and participate in dance and fitness classes, computer lab classes and computer time, drum circles, drumming classes and create their own one-of-a-kind painting, project, masks and more that will showcase their imagination and tap them into a space to express their artistic Talents.
- Adults required and free to attend - Seating area provided
- This is a family friendly community event
- RSVPs are required as space is limited
- Absolutely no experience necessary
- Kids, pre-teens, teens and adults can laugh, play, paint and take home their own piece of art.
- THIS IS NOT A DROP OFF EVENT - children must be accompanied by AN ADULT
- There are classes and workshops for all ages
- Materials fee for some selected projects. Participants can choose from projects and materials in the workshop and or bring their own project to complete.
- Free Supplies available include scissors, paint brushes, glue, construction paper, markers, crayons, notebooks paper, pens , stapler, tape and pencils. Participants may bring additional supplies needed to complete their projects. Limited magazines available, donations of magazines welcome. Limited newspaper available. Donation of newspaper always appreciated.
- Possible projects: mask making on paper of canvas, canvas acrylic painting, water color painting, collage making on paper or canvas, paper, mache pinata, make your own crown and more! Let your imagination guide you. Instructor available to guide and assist.

2-3 pm Community Drum Circle- Drums and other instruments will be available but participants are encouraged to bring their own as well. Participants encouraged to play along, sing, dance, rap , recite poetry and the like. This is an engaging and interactive restorative community drum circle designed to increase positive community interaction and relationships.
1-2pm Fitness classes include Family Fitness and Dance and Senior Fitness and Dance. These are mixed age group classes. Parents and grand parents are encouraged to bring out their children and grand children to participate in the same activities or each find activities they enjoy.
