Come and enjoy a Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga class with a super rad group of individuals. Each class includes practice in pranayama, asana, meditation and exploration. This month we are exploring the intelligence of the universe and how it's represented in our daily lives. This is a safe space for all and You will leave feeling better than when you walked in.
