Vanessa Gumerman joined SeneGence in April 2017, is a multiple SeneSales acheiver and SeneSponsor achiever, and earned her MUA in 2020 and most recently her in Elite MUA in 2024. She has had opportunities to provide makeup application for product launches, a TV series, and, most recently, a Beauty Book photoshoot. Vanessa loves connecting with people and sharing the skillset that she's gained through SeneGence at trainings and events. She lives in Anaheim, CA with her husband and two sons.

Mernie Empalmado joined SeneGence over six years ago. She earned her Elite MUA in 2020 and her SeneSkin Advisor certification in 2024. Mernie is a trainer at SeneGence Corporate Area and Global Events. Her makeup artistry has brought her to being hired for weddings, personal events, a TV show on Apple TV, the SeneGence Beauty Book, marketing campaigns, and a Pilot for TV. A true belief she holds about the direct sales business is authenticity. Mernie has been described as hard-working, loyal, determined, genuine, and passionate; all of which, gives her the foundation of building relationships. Relatively, this helps her downline team grow during their own seasons of life and also helps Mernie obtain long-lasting customers. She is a California Area Leader, multiple SeneSponsor, SeneSales, SSS, MITM, and first-ever Jerni Dominion Retreat achiever. Described by her friends as a “Modern-day Renaissance woman”, Mernie is also President of a local philanthropic organization and Ministry Leader at her church. Mernie lives in Irvine, CA with her husband, three girls and two very small but loud dogs.
