Learn this century-old Japanese method of fabric repair and turn those hole-ridden pairs of jeans into a work of art.</p><p></p><p><strong><strong>Session Highlights:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>We’ll walk you through the Sashiko method and form, including how to do a running stitch</li><li>Learn the best application of this practical art form and how to prep your fabric and plan your project</li><li>Go home with the piece you mended in class, plus your very own Sashiko starter kit (large and small Sashiko needles, a palm thimble, and a water-soluble pencil), ready for your next project</li></ul><p></p><h4>Optional: Bring in an item you would like to start mending in class (we recommend items made of tightly woven cotton or natural fibers such as denim, canvas, and linen)</h4>
