Active Breathwork is an hour-long practice rooted in intentional breathing. Breathwork is for anyone curious about how healthy breathing can connect your mind, body, and essence. No experience in breathwork is necessary.

Yoga mats & blankets provided, Please bring a water bottle and eye mask if you'd like. Comfy clothes recommended.
This session is suitable for all healthy adults. Those who are pregnant, have a history of epilepsy, heart disease, stroke, or high blood pressure should consult their doctor before participating.
