About this event

Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office is proud to prepare teens for every day encounters they will face on the road. Licensed law enforcement instructors teach defensive driving skills and techniques used by professionals, including NASCAR, to help reduce the chances of being involved in a motor vehicle accident. This program is for teens between the ages of 15-19 with a Learners Permit or Driver's License. You will be required to fill out an application and provide copies of their Driver's License, Registration for the vehicle they will be using and Insurance for that vehicle. This class is FREE and is for Santa Rosa County Residents ONLY.

The Teen Driver Challenge Program is offered to Santa Rosa County Residents Only.

No, you can bring your applications to any District Office and either the Administrative Secretary or Deputy can notarize your paperwork at no cost.

When and where does this class take place?

This class takes place at Avalon Middle School, 5445 King Arthur's Way, Milton FL 32583. The class starts promptly at 8:00 a.m. and lasts until 4:00 p.m. Lunch, snacks and drinks will be provided for the students.
