About this event

I invite you to an unforgettable yoga practice by the ocean this summer weekend!


What will happen:

✨ breathing exercises to turn on the main muscle of our posture, flat stomach and detoxification: the diaphragm

✨ yoga asanas for all muscle groups and joints of the body. With the help of correct yoga practice, we influence our skeleton, making muscles strong and flexible, strengthening ligaments so that they hold skeletal bones well, making fascia elastic to reduce tension and tightness, better glide and smoothness of our movements

✨ relaxation and work with consciousness. At the end of the practice, we will perform shavasana (or yoga nidra) - a practice of deep relaxation of the body. In this state, our mind becomes calm and we are able to work with our condition. Deep relaxation is not just rest, we launch a powerful mechanism for working with daily accumulated stress and teach our nervous system to work at a better level.


I invite you to go deep into yourself to explore your physical capabilities and monitor your emotions. Practice is training the endurance of the body, mind and emotions and releasing a colossal amount of pent-up energy, which we will direct to the realization of our intentions ❤️
