About this event

Santa Claus Lane endeavors to craft an inclusive experience for all. While we always strive to eliminate obstacles, additional accommodations will be made on Friday mornings between 10-12PM, so that every believer can revel in the magic of Santa Claus Lane.

We've partnered closely with the Elves to create an experience bustling with activity! Your ticket not only includes entrance, but also the following opportunities for free:

A visit with Santa
A performance at the Creo Stage
A chance to walk a Llama with Carlson Loveable Llamas
A one-of-a-kind Holiday market with 20+ local businesses - the perfect opportunity to support local makers!

For Sensory Friendly Hours, Santa Claus Lane will:

Turn music low
Turn off any flashing lights
Accommodate closer event parking (please feel free to park directly in the Camp Fire MN's parking lot if/as needed).
Ensure all employees and vendors are aware of Sensory Friendly hours

Santa Claus Lane offers daily, rotating stage shows. You'll experience a different show, depending on when you attend! See the following performances at the Creo stage in the heart of the North Pole:

10-12PM: Magic Show with 4 Ace Productions
12-2: Movement with Creo Dance Center
2-4: Community Built Art Installation with The Arts Creative
4-6: Fire Performance with Funtime Funktions

The stage performance during Sensory Friendly Hours will be our Magic Show!

Frequently asked questions

Where should I park?

We have partnered with Westwood Community Church for parking. If however you require closer parking accommodates, we understand! In this case, please park in the Camp Fire MN lot.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are not refundable/exchangeable. The elves appreciate your understanding! Please contact us directly with questions.

What should I wear?

The majority of our event is outside. Dress warm & wear snow boots!

What about bad weather?

As Minnesotans, we are all accustomed to blistery weather in the Winter. We plan to be open, snow or shine! However, in the case of extreme weather, we will contact ticket holders to transfer tickets to a different time.

How long should I expect to be there?

General admission tickets are timestamped for 2 hours. We anticipate that will be more than enough time for you to enjoy the merriment! However, if you'd like to spend more time with us, we're so happy to hear it! Consider a Day or Season pass in this instance.

Can I bring a stroller?

You can bring a stroller, but may we suggest a sled? We recommend strollers have large wheels to navigate the terrain.

Can I bring my dog?

Pets are not allowed, exempting Service Animals in accordance with ADA Guidelines.

In addition, you'll have the opportunity to make memories in Santa's workshop, enjoy a family-friendly meal or snack, and enjoy occassional performances that we hope will leave you returning for more merriment!

Santa Claus Lane's general admission requires the purchase of a 2 hour time slot. The time slots will help with lines, parking, and crowd control. We request you honor the time slots - don't forget, Santa is watching! We'd love to have you spend more time with us - be sure to check out our Day and Season passes!
