Are you caring for both your children and an aging parent, spouse, or loved one? You are not alone.
The Sandwich Circle is a free monthly support group created for family caregivers balancing multiple caregiving responsibilities. Join others who understand the challenges of juggling work, family, and caregiving while gaining practical resources, meaningful connections, and encouragement.
Each session includes:
- Practical caregiving tips and resources
- Guided discussions in a welcoming, judgment-free space
- Opportunities to connect with other caregivers
- Information about local and community support services
Whether you're just beginning your caregiving journey or have been doing it for years, you'll find support, understanding, and people who truly get it.
