Welcome to Sandbeach Road Buffer Maintenance!

Come join us on Sat Jun 14 2025 at Boathouse Park for a day of community service and environmental preservation. We will be working together to maintain the riparian buffer along the Swatara Creek.

No experience is necessary, just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to get your hands dirty. We will provide all the necessary tools and training.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I park?

We'll meet at Boathouse Park and walk across the road to access the work area.

Do I need any tools?

Tools will be provided along with gloves. Bring a water bottle and wear boots that you don't mind getting dirty. This area tends to be wet.
