Sanctuary Let's Retreats are currently held annually and are designed for women who are married and in full-time, vocational ministry. Each multi-night retreat features sessions of teaching, prayer, and relationship building, as well as time for pampering, rest, and relaxation. Its reduced rate makes this oasis affordable to each invited guest.

Let's Retreat 2024 will be held on November 5-7, 2024 at Gathering Oaks in Crawford, TX, just 15 short minutes from Waco. The total cost for two days and two nights is just $350-450 (lodging accommodations vary), which includes all catered meals, deluxe lodging accommodations, a beautiful swag bag of goodies, and all the amenities that the location & retreat schedule affords.

Come Alongside BONUS: Invite a ministry wife friend to join you in your guest suite for half-price by selecting the Come Alongside Add-On at registration! Yes! Ministry wife friends, taking that "let's get together soon" to "see you in November"!

Who is Sanctuary Let's Retreat designed for?

Let's Retreats are designed for women who are married and in vocational ministry. So whether your hubby is the primary minister of the family, or if you're the one out front in vocational ministry and your husband serves in the supportive role, you are perfect for Sanctuary Let's Retreat!

What is a Come Alongside ticket for?

The primary registrant reserves the suite of your preference. But each suite allows an add'l one or more guests (varies by suite) & you're encouraged to bring along a ministry wife friend to stay with you for half-price! Select "Add On" to add your girlfriend who's also serving in ministry to join!

What are the housing accommodations?

At Let's Retreat, we aren't about bunkbeds & community showers! We aim to provide the luxury accommodations that will give you permission to rest, relax, & absorb the times of connection, as well as solitude. Each suite is unique in layout & decor, but modern amenities are included for every guest.

Is Sanctuary affiliated with a denomination?

Sanctuary is not affiliated with a denomination as we desire to see women in ministry "crossing the street" to connect with other ministry wives who live and serve nearby. However, you can expect to experience a Spirit-filled worship encounter and prayer services at Let's Retreat.

I have a nursing baby right now. Can I bring him/her along?

While we are in loving support of all the mommas out there who need a break like Let's Retreat, we have discovered that the optimum experience for all guests, including that tired momma, is to wait until your child is weaned so you can fully engage in all that Let's Retreat offers.

Can I fly in to Let's Retreat?

Crawford, Texas is about 20 minutes from Waco, which has a small airport. It's also about two hours from Dallas/Ft Worth Int'l or Dallas Love Field airports. Transportation from the airport should be arranged by the guest.

Sanctuary is designed for women who are married and in the ministry. The word 'sanctuary' is defined as "a place of refuge or safety". However, for many ministry wives, the term may represent "prison"....a place where they feel trapped.
