Join us for the closing event of the 2019 San Diego Creative Youth Development Summit. Enjoy refreshments, networking, and an interactive program highlighting youth voice.Learn about the impact of San Diego CYD organizations directly from young people as they perform and share their stories. Hear about the needs facing the CYD sector as organizations and young people work alongside each other to reach their full potential. And, share how we can all work collectively to ensure all young people in San Diego have equitable access to these programs.Audience members will have the opportunity to engage in dialogue with youth leaders and a panel including Darren Isom, youth advocate and partner in the San Francisco office of The Bridgespan Group; Fatima Muhammad, Director of Youth &amp; Family Solutions at the Search Institute in Minneapolis, MN; Dairrick Khalil Hodges, founder and artistic director of The SOULcial Workers in San Diego; and youth from the AAYgency, a San Diego-based collective of young artists and leaders.Don't miss this rare opportunity to hear perspectives and advice directly from youth leaders and others working at the forefront of youth development and equitable funding.Even if you can't attend other Summit workshops, you are welcomed and encouraged to attend and participate in this evening program.
