About this event

Dive into our exploration of the healing aspects of sound, vibration, happiness, and community.

On a recent 'Come Alive Safari' to South Africa, I was vividly reminded of the powerful connection to life's primal energy. Drumming stands out as one of the most profound ways to embrace this 'Rhythm of the Primal.' The experience of playing the drum is profoundly impactful—there is something uniquely exhilarating about striking the drum and immersing oneself in its resonant sounds and vibrations. This magical interaction transcends the ordinary, connecting us deeply to the very essence of life

Guide for the Experience: Tober Schorr

Leading our journey through rhythm and sound will be Tober Schorr, a distinguished educator, seasoned performer, and avid student of diverse cultures. With a repertoire that includes the drum set, West African and Afro-Cuban percussion, piano, and the West African harp known as Kamele n'goni, Tober brings a depth of musical expertise to our experience. He views music as a powerful channel for transmitting emotional and spiritual messages directly, transcending the need for words. Tober's passion lies in teaching and leading groups, offering insights into different worldviews through music. His extensive experience enriches our event, fostering an environment where individuals connect deeply and share in the universal language of music.
