2017 SAME JETC Golf Classic at the Country Club of Muirfield Village

When: Monday, May 22, 2017 Shotgun start at 10:30AM (Rules briefing at 10:00)
Registration begins at 8:30AM Driving Range available
Format: Four-Person Scramble, Pick your team or register individually and we will pair you up. 
Team Name:  Please provide a common Team Name whether the foursome registers together or separately to allow us to put your foursome together.  Single Players who wish to be partnered with others should enter "SINGLE" in the Team Name box
Cost includes: greens fees, cart, beverages on the course, lunch, after round refreshments & prizes
Mulligan Package $15: Package contains 1 kick, 1 toss, and 1 hit from the Ladies Tees (ladies get to move up 100yds)
Ground Transportation:  Free Gound Transportation will be provided.  Please indicate during registration if you will need ground transportation.
