Come enjoy a soothing Sound Bath experience at BREATHE Salt Room! Immerse yourself in calming vibrations of Sound while surrounded by healing properties of Salt. Let the sounds wash over you and settle your mind, body and soul.
Relax and unwind as you flow through some gentle yoga poses, designed to move you into a parasympathetic, meditative state. We incorporate healing touch to deepen release of that which no longer serves you.
No prior experience with yoga is necessary. Beginners are welcome!
Just come, dressed in comfortable clothes, ready to relax! No need to bring anything, except yourselves!!
