Salty Moms SUNDAY extended Surf and Wellness Journey 2024 Season of Swell

Surfing is a Journey and we embark on Season of Swell 2024 Surf Series based on Wellness. Attend one or attend all. We highly encourage signing up for as many as possible and improve your surfing drastically through the Journey. If you can not than even just one session can improve your mood and social emotional wellness. The goal of this program is to focus on caretaker burnout and fatigue while teaching you to use surfing as a tool for social emotional well being. We aim to create a CommUnity, a safe space, an expression zone, a place to be yourself and establish a tribe of supportive woman wanting the best for one another

Time: 9:30am -12:30pm

You MUST be pre-registered

Agenda:

9:15-9:30 Registrasion

9:30-9:45 Intro and Yoga/Breath Work on the Beach

9:45-12:15 Water Safety, Instruction and Surf

12:15-12:30 Beach Meditation and wrap up.

Please advise Mat and Wetsuit not provided. Rash Guard or tshirt recommended while in water. If needed we sell new & used wetsuits and rash guards if you would like to purchase at Gnome Surf Shop 15 Main St Little Compton RI. Depending on weather wet suits are not always needed. Please feel free to reach out with questions. We will offer a 20% discount off any new suit to anyone in the Salty Moms Surf & Wellness Club. Program subject to weather and beach safety and conditions. If we cannot Surf because of conditions we will do an alternative location at Life Saving Station or Gnome Surf Shop to provide other healing and bonding experience. All Salty Moms registrations are donations made to Gnome Surf and non-refundable. Can't wait to see you and spread the STOKE!!
