Esteemed Melbourne based dumpling master, Shandong Mama is bringing her traditional parcels to the shores of New Brighton on Saturday 18th May, from 11am.
Salty Mangrove is the location on everyone's hit-list this year, and it's about to get even more appealing. Mama Ying is flying-in to dish out her signature dumplings, alongside one of the region's most reputable chefs, David Moyle. Together the two will be fusing tradition and modernity to create portions of parcels that send tastebuds sky high.
We're talking; Fresh Spanish Mackerel ,Chilli Wagyu Beef , Aussie Lamb and Mama's special vegan Zucchini to name a few.
Whilst taking in the view and tucking into the goodness, Dingo Balearico and friends will be on the records as spicy Bloody Mary's and salty wines liquidate the daytime.
