No, you do not need a partner. Our community is fun and casual, so no pressure at all.

Is this beginner friendly?

Yes, and quite honestly because of the way the class is taught it's amazing and purposeful for all levels. However, if you're a complete know it all, then we probably aren't the group for you. All levels welcome.

Will I get to speak to Stan?

Stan does his best to carve out a little time before and after class to talk to guests and to answer any questions you may have about class & even while in class when time permits.

Are kids welcome?

When you say kids??? Hmmmmm, well teens are welcome at the 6p class. The partnerwork class is adult only, UNLESS you are accompanying your teen. We would really appreciate a heads up on this upon arrival or if you have any questions about this.

Are there any discounts?

Well, if you attend both classes, instead of it being one class for $20, you get 2 classes for $30 which is a great deal.

Why do you call it Salsa Therapy?

The name means everything.

I call it Salsa Therapy because it’s not just about dance steps… it’s about what happens to your mind, body, and spirit while you’re moving.
