Do I need prior dance experience to join?

No prior dance experience is necessary! This class is designed for beginners, so we’ll start with the basics and gradually build confidence and technique.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Heels are optional, but if you choose to wear them, make sure they have ankle support and a non-slip sole. Dance shoes or sneakers with a smooth sole are also great options.

Will I need a dance partner?

No partner is required! This is a ladies’ styling class, meaning we focus on individual technique, arm styling, body movement, and confidence on the dance floor.

What is the difference between the class and the team?

The class is open to anyone who wants to learn and improve their salsa styling. The team is for those who want to take their dancing to the next level with choreography, group training, and potential performance opportunities.
