Have you ever wanted to eat a meal straight from the wild? Learn how to pick your own nutritious wild salad right from the forest!
You will learn how to confidently identify and sustainably harvest many seasonal wild greens and make a delicious wild salad right from the forest. We will be going for a hike into the forest, getting our greens and hiking back to an outdoor kitchen space where we will prepare our fresh meal provided by nature and of course eat and enjoy together!

As a bonus you will learn incredibly simple, fast to make dressings from
nutritious wholesome ingredients that will sure to become a hit in your
kitchen! B YOB (bring your own bowl)!

Frequently asked questions

What should I wear?

This is a primarily outdoor event. Dress for the weather. We will be hiking through the trails and looking for salads and other edibles for our salad. Also, if you don't want to get your hands dirty, bring your gardening gloves.

What is the refund policy?

If you simply cannot make it anymore, you can cancel up to 7 days before the event. Alternatively, you could also choose to make this a donation to the ECA if you cannot make it.

Do I need to bring any supplies?

Yes. Great question. Please bring your own bowl.
