Sake and Chocolate, a match made in heaven!

This class will explore the fundamentals of sake production and tasting, chocolate production, and pairing sake and chocolate.

Marina and José will present a selection of sake and chocolates for sampling, and they will suggest some of their favorite producers.

**We will make every effort to accommodate food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, but, due to the fact that we work with small producers from around the globe, we are unable to guarantee or protect from cross contamination**



All participants must be at least 21 years old.

YES! We validate parking for the Harvard Square Parking Garage at 20 Eliot St in Harvard Square in Cambridge. $10 for up to 4 hours.
