What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, calms the mind, re-calibrates your body, clears the subconscious, and activates your body’s natural healing systems through resonant frequencies made by Crystal Tones alchemy quartz crystal bowls, drums, and more.

We recommend wearing items that will allow you to lie down and be comfortable, as well as a blanket, if you tend to get cold. A comfy padded space will be made up for you with pillows when you arrive.

When is the best time to arrive?

Do not be late! Admittance will not be allowed once the sound bath begins. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get your spot and get comfortable.

There are no refunds. However, we know life happens, so if you are unable to attend for whatever reason, please reach out to me at amber@wanderingsoundbath.com and I will provide you with a transfer ticket for you to transfer to any other event being hosted in the future.
