For most of us our healing journey is like a walk in the dark. There isn’t any maps or signs to happy and healed. Everyone is meditating and using terms like “shadow work” but their leaving out some steps and we’re have a hard time connecting.
With this series I aim to fill in some of the blanks. I’ll use my holistic healing practices and experience from my own journey to create productive conversations around topics like childhood trauma and self love. I’ll guide you in an exploration of practices like breath work and meditation. I’ll hold space for you while offering community, safety and support.
To take it a step further, after every session I’ll take 15 min private intuitive counseling session.
