In the event of an accident, how the company responds can be the difference between significant financial cost to the company for years to come, severe long-term impact on the employee and the ability to secure future work in many industries or a quick turn around for both the job and the employee.
This session will cover the required steps in the event of an accident as well as the best practices to get everyone concerned back to full productivity. Guidance and indiviudal on-site support will be extended to all participants.
This is the last of four Risk & Safety training events for the year. Each session builds on the work done in the prior sessions. It is strongly encouraged to attend each quarterly training event.
