Summary:OPM and Care Solutions will conduct a MANDATORY training for all RBWO providers. As you are aware by now, the State of Georgia is under a Performance Improvement Plan related to RBWO provider staff’s safety checks as a result of our recent review from The Children’s Bureau (CB) of the Administration of Children and Families (ACF). Please note: All five (5) of the following safety checks must be successfully uploaded to GA+SCORE on the purple Profile page for each agency staff member by the close of business on Friday, March 10, 2017. OPM will conduct a 100% audit of all personnel that will begin at that time. • OIG Fitness Determination Letter • Department of Corrections • Pardons and Paroles Sex Offender Registry CPS Screening (Child Abuse Registry - CAR)
