Female Personal Safety Walk in Partnership with PCSP and PSNI

The 16 Days of Action Against Domestic Violence is a global campaign aimed at raising awareness and taking action to end domestic violence and gender-based abuse. This annual observance spans from November 25th, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, to December 10th, International Human Rights Day. During these 16 days, individuals, organizations, and communities come together to advocate for a world free from domestic violence.Our Parks and Open Spaces Development Team recognises the importance of women and girls accessing and enjoying our Blue and Green Spaces, safely.This is an opportunity to head out for an night-time walk with like-minded women.We will be joined by a Local Neighbourhood Officer who will be sharing personal safety advice and answering any questions you may have.
