Participants will learn current safe sleep recommendations, common myths and misconceptions, and practical strategies they can implement at home, in childcare settings, or when supporting families. The workshop is interactive, accessible, and focused on real-life application.

  • How to set up a safe sleep space using everyday items
  • What products and practices to avoid
  • How to talk with family members and caregivers about safe sleep
  • Ways to build consistent, safe sleep routines
