About this event

Good sleeping habits are important for your baby’s physical and emotional well-being. Creating safe sleep environments means putting your baby to sleep in ways that can help protect him/her from dangers, like choking and suffocation (not being able to breathe), and sudden infant death syndrome (also called SIDS)

Prisma Health Children's Hospital-Midlands offers virtual safe sleep classes for caregivers on the fourth Tuesday every other month from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
