Who is Safe Conversations® for?

Safe Conversations® workshops are for anyone who can talk who is in their teenage years or older. The skills and understandings are absolutely useful to those who are younger, however little ones may become restless in this setting.

How do I prepare for this workshop?

Accepted Answer

Make sure you have a stable internet connection, sufficient lighting and a good, comfy seat to tune in from. Also, make sure to download and print your workshop materials ahead of time (these will be sent a few days ahead of time).

Question 3

Will I be recorded?

Accepted Answer

We record the "public" parts of this workshop so we can improve it going forward, as well as for marketing purposes. However, the "private" parts of the workshop - that is, when you'll be practicing the skills in private Zoom breakout rooms, will not be recorded.

Question 4

Will there be any breaks throughout our time together?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We hate zoom fatigue as much as the next guy, so we'll be taking 10-25 minute breaks throughout our time together.

Are there other opportunities to practice Safe Conversations outside of this workshop?

Accepted Answer

Yes! I offer privately facilitated conversations between 2+ people. In addition, I offer a support group that meets weekly and uses the Safe Conversations group dialogue process ( www.stresslessco.com/holdingspace ). You can also find other offerings at https://safeconversations.com/?ref=14911
