Frequently asked questions

What is your refund policy if I cancel?

Attendees can cancel up to 7 days prior to the course start date. AgileSavant will issue a full refund. If you cancel later than 7 days prior to class, AgileSavant will work with you to move you to another course offering of equal value.

What is your policy for canceling classes?

AgileSavant RARELY cancels a class. We always contact enrolled attendees prior to making a cancelation decision. We'll explain the situation and allow you to help decide whether class will or will not proceed or be rescheduled. If class is canceled, we issue a full refund and a 25% discount code.

What if I have to step out for a meeting during class?

Please let your instructor know as early as possible which time-box you will miss. The instructor will then collaborate with you on the best way to be brought up to speed on the missed material.

When will I see a Zoom link and get access to the course materials?

AgileSavant typically rosters students one week prior to class if you've purchased an "Early Bird" registration. General Admission students will generally be rostered within 24 hours of your registration date. Once rostered, all course information is distributed via e-mail.

My instructor says that I have been rostered, so why has SAI not sent me course materials?

E-mails from the "scaledagile.com" domain very often end up in your junk folder. If you instructor says you have been rostered, but you have not received the link to the course page, check you junk folder. The Scaled Agile Inc. (SAI) e-mail will almost certainly be there.
