Sacred Sunday

Sacred Sunday is the shamanic answer to a church service. You will be lead through a meditation that is different every week dealing with heart opening, connecting with guides, and spirit animals and many other things. The meditation is followed by a group healing called a “bliss session” where we draw on happy childhood memories and channel their power to direct toward a healing intention. There’s plenty of room for healing and holding space for each other in an environment that is safe and fun. Then we tie it all together with shamanic drumming to raise our energy and set intentions for the week ahead.
