About this event

  • 4 hours

Embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and transformation through the sacred exploration of sensuality in this immersive workshop. As we gather in the opening circle, we invite intentions for personal growth and connection. With each sip of cacao, we awaken to the richness of our inner world, guided by the power of breath to journey deep into the heart's sanctuary. Through intimate practices like eye gazing and breathwork, we unlock layers of authenticity and vulnerability, igniting a profound sense of connection and self-awareness. As we move through authentic movement and embrace the sacredness of touch, participants often experience a profound shift in their relationship with themselves and others, tapping into a wellspring of sensual energy and self-love. Culminating in a sensual eating experience and a contact beyond contact dance, attendees are invited to fully embrace their sensual being, liberated from inhibitions and societal norms. In the closing circle, enveloped by the harmonious sounds of our shared journey, participants emerge transformed, empowered, and deeply connected to their true essence.

We will also be bringing a live music set by KALO for this event to enhance the energetic experience.

*This event will be capped at 30 participants. This practice is sensual in nature but not sexual. We will be working with sensual energy in a safe, closed container. Practices such as eye gazing, sound, touch, contact dance, sensual eating, etc. will be utilized and all practices will be fully clothed.
